Cesar Mccoy is a well-known figure in the Marlborough community, having owned successful businesses both in Marlborough and Nashua. As someone who has always had a love for authentic and delicious food, Cesar decided to take that passion and turn it into something truly special when he founded Chapa Paisa. He wanted to give people the opportunity to try dishes that are not only delicious, but also a reflection of his Colombian heritage.
